Kevin Charles Danforth O’Keefe

Kevin Charles Danforth O’Keefe
July 23, 1979 ~ January 6, 2021

Kevin Charles Danforth O’Keefe a beloved son, charming brother, crazy uncle, and loyal friend to many was welcomed home by Jesus on Wednesday, January 6.

He is survived by his parents Susan and Dennis O’Keefe of Edmond, sisters Kerry Shepard of Memphis, TN and Kristy Carr of Choctaw, brothers-in-law Thad Shepard and Gary Carr, nephew Ben Harris and nieces Savannah Shepard, Kori Harris and Caroline Shepard, long-time girlfriend and love Heather Mixer and his loving dog Lola Brown.

He is preceded in death by grandparents Marguerite and Eugene O’Keefe of Houston and Peggy and Jim Danforth of Grosse Pointe, MI.

A graduate of Stillwater High School (1998) and the University of Central Oklahoma (2006), he spent his life dedicated to his friends and family (both human and four-legged), the mysteries of life and anybody who needed an extra hand. He will be deeply missed by those who loved him and those who benefitted from his help, humor and good cheer.

In remembrance of Kevin’s life the family asks that any charitable donations be made to the Old Friends Dog Sanctuary (www.ofsds.org) or your local humane society.
