James I. Ogletree

James I. Ogletree was born November 24, 1943 to Estell and Paul Ogletree. He passed away January 18, 2014 at Elk City, Oklahoma at the age of 70 years, 1 month and 24 days.

James grew up in Elk City where he attended school before he enlisted and served his country with the US Navy. After his discharge he returned to Elk City where he made his home and worked at the furniture factory. He later began working as a Siesmographer and continued in that profession for many years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, 2 brothers, Wayne D. Ogletree and Floyd Kent Ogletree and 1 sister, Paula Yeager.

He is survived by his brothers and sisters, Ray Ogletree, Poteau, OK, Dennis Ogletree of Sayre, OK, Debbie West and husband, Bobby of Ramsey, MN and Charolett Posey and husband, Larry of Elk City, OK as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Private family services will be held at a later date
