Paula Ann O'Connor, 47 year old, Woodward resident died June 21, 2019 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.

Paula Ann O'Connor was born on October 20, 1971 in Chicago, Illinois to Richard Thomas and Christine Marie (Lewandowski) O'Connor. Paula was reared in Dalton, Illinois and graduated from Dalton High School. She worked for the Fort Supply Hospital and later at Walmart as a pharmacy technician. Paula enjoyed camping, cookouts, drinking, swimming, and bean bags. Her greatest enjoyment in life was spending time with her family and close friends.

Paula is survived by her father, Rich O'Connor; sons, Richard James and Billy James; daughter, Courtney O'Connor; brothers, Joey and wife Maggie O'Connor and Scotty O'Connor; and one grandson, Austin Jacob James.
