Tamara Renee Nichols
November 13, 1976 ~ June 18, 2022

A Celebration of Life service for Tamara Renee Nichols, age 45, of Enid, will be 10:00 a.m. at the Ladusau-Evans Chapel, with Rev. Dan Barrick officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Tamara was born November 13, 1976, in Irving, TX, to Jerry Nichols and Paula Scott and passed away June 18, 2022, at St. Mary's Hospital. She was raised in the Dallas area.

She worked in customer service at Hope Outreach.

She is survived by her daughter, Skylar Martin; granddaughter, Zelda Ford; brother, Bryan and wife Shannon Nichols; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father Jerry Nichols and mother Paula Ciampi.
