Everett Leon Nichols

Everett Leon Nichols
 Sept. 20, 1947 ~ 2019

Everett was born on Sept. 20, 1947 to Jerry and Violet Nichols. He had seven siblings: Rose, Grace, Irene, Jerry, Donna, Margie and Lucy.

Everett graduated high school and joined the army, he received two purple hearts.

Everett married Janet Goines in 1972 and enjoyed 46 years together. They had five children Jerri, Tabitha, Nancy, Felicia and Andrew and 18 grand children.

Everett worked at what was Reda Pump up until his retirement.

Everett was diagnosed with cancer in 2012 and given 3 months, seven years later he succumbed.

Memorial services was held at TimberOaks Venue on west Highway 60 on Thursday, Jan. 10 at 1:00 pm.
