Charles Williams Nichols
August 1, 1945 ~ January 11, 2020

On Saturday, January 11, 2020, Charles Williams Nichols passed away at the age of 84.

Charles, better known as Charlie, was born August 1, 1945, in Jefferson, Oklahoma, to Ray and Emma Nichols. He was raised in Covington, Oklahoma, and later moved to Enid, Oklahoma.

Charlie had a passion for sports but especially his Oklahoma University Sooners! He loved to watch and cheer them on! He could tell you what time the game came on and on what channel. Charlie was also an avid music lover, especially Elvis Presley. Charlie was known for his quick wit, his infectious smile and laugh, and sweet spirit.

Charlie was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Emma Nichols; three sisters, Mabel, Helen, and Rose; five brothers-in-law; and one nephew.

Charlie is survived by his two sisters, Mary Ann Dykes of Enid and Raelene Brown of Ponca City, and several nieces and nephews.

Per Charlie's request, he was cremated. There will be no funeral service.
