Rena Michelle (Aleksonis) Nelson
May 7, 1969 ~ November 14, 2021 (age 52)

Rena Michelle Nelson-McWilliams was born on May 7th 1969 to Frances Maudlin and Romas Aleksonis in Omaha, NE. She was a long-time resident of Midwest City, OK and Wellston, OK. She shared 18 years with her life partner, Sammy Joe McWilliams.

Rena was preceded in death by the love of her life, Sammy Joe McWilliams; son, Danny Lee McWilliams; daughter, Tamara Jewel Scott; parents, Frances Maudlin and Romas Aleksonis. Survivors include her sisters, Regina Newburn, of Omaha, NE, Lori Nelson, of Council Bluff, IA, Lisa Valdez, of Vernon,FL; daughters, Taylor Nelson, of Wellston, Ok, Megan McWilliams, of Oklahoma City, OK, Charlotte Swindle, of Edmond, OK; sons Neil McWilliams, of Oklahoma City, Ok, David McWilliams, of Del City, OK; granddaughters, Destani Sheppard, Alyssa Swindle, Elizabeth Swindle, Lavender McWilliams, Taliyah McWilliams, and Aria McWilliams; grandsons, Dakota Swindle, Isaiah Sheppard, Micah McWilliams, and Carson Franklin.

A funeral will be held at 2:00 Sunday, November 21, 2021 at the Lehman Funeral Home Chapel. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
