The Light You Left Behind

You came to us on borrowed time, A fleeting song, a gentle rhyme

.Though your stay was far too brief, You left behind a boundless grief.

Your tiny hands, your perfect face,

Now live in dreams and Heaven's grace.

We feel you in the morning sun,

In every star when day is done.

You taught us how to cherish small,

The fleeting moments that mean it all.

Your light still shines in every tear,

A guiding force, forever near.

Forever missed, forever dear,

Our angel child, you're always here
