Virigina (Kelley) Neel

Virigina Neel, who passed away on Thursday, September 21, 2006.

Virginia Louise Neel Age 67 Virginia Louise Kelley was born August 21, 1939 in Higden, Arkansas to William and Gertrude (Laney) Kelley She married Charlie E. Neel Jr.on June 5, 1964 in Nowata, Oklahoma. She retired from Centrilift Baker Hughes Company in Claremore, Oklahoma.

She went to be with the Lord Thursday, September 21st at Wood Manor in Claremore, Oklahoma.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son Frank Neel and sister Lillie Mae Doolittle.

She is survived by: Her Husband, Charlie E. Neel Jr. of Chelsea, Oklahoma. One Son, Charlie E. Neel III of Little Rock, Arkansas. Two Daughters, Letha Louise Ayers of South Carolina. Linda Gayle Frakes of Myakka City, Florida. One Brother, Bill Kelley One Sister, Leola Bush Four Grandchildren Shaun Frakes, Brandy Fugate, Justin & Jeana Dunkel. Four Great Grandchildren. And a host of other relatives and friends.
