Charles Neagle

Charles Neagle, 47, of Amarillo died Monday, July 15, 2002.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Trinity Fellowship Church with John Love, pastor of small group ministries, and Phil Mercado, pastor of pastoral care, officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2820 Virginia Circle.

Mr. Neagle was born in Amarillo and had been a resident here for the last 20 years. He received his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Texas Tech University. He had worked for Utility Engineering for the last 20 years.

He was a member of Trinity Fellowship where he served as a deacon. He married Kay Armistead on June 3, 1978, in Lubbock.

He was a loving husband, father, son and friend. The humility and integrity with which he walked was a constant representation of the love of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Michael Neagle and wife, Rachael, of Abilene and Matthew Neagle of Norman, Okla.; a daughter, Amanda Neagle of Amarillo; his parents, Helen and Roy Neagle of Lubbock; his grandmother, Oveta Cherryhomes of Amarillo; four brothers, Larry Neagle of Burleson, and Mike Neagle, Mark Neagle and Paul Neagle, all of Blanco; and a sister, Nancy Neagle of Fort Worth.

The family suggests memorials be to BSA Hospice and Life Enrichment Center, P.O. Box 950, Amarillo, TX 79176-0001; Trinity Fellowship, 5000 Hollywood Road, Amarillo, TX 79118; or American Cancer Society, 3915 S. Bell St., Amarillo, TX 79109.

The family will be at 6706 Rochelle St.
