Carole Navarre, of Pauls Valley, passed away February 7, 2026 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma at the age of 82 years.
Martha 'Carole' Jordan was born August 10, 1943 in Ballinger, Texas to Joseph Durwood and Mary (Patterson) Jordan. Carole moved with her family to Pauls Valley when she was in the 11th grade. She is a Pauls Valley High School graduate. Carole furthered her education by attending Oklahoma State University where she earned a Secretarial degree. Later, she began working at the Oklahoma Good Roads and Bridges Association of Oklahoma City where she worked for years. She married Duane K. Navarre in May of 1974.
Carole was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Mary Jordan.
Her surviving family include her husband, Duane Navarre; two children, Robert Navarre, and Samuel Navarre; one brother, Pete Jordan; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 11:00 am at First Presbyterian Church officiated by Rev. Chas Gowing. Services for cremation are under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home. We invite you to send words of comfort to the family at www.stufflebeanfuneralhome.com.
