Vladimir Najdrovsky

November 8, 1933 ~ March 21, 2014

Vladimir Najdrovsky, of Oklahoma City, passed away Friday, March 21, 2014.

He was born November 8, 1933 in Prague, Czechoslovakia.

He graduated from Charles University in Prague with a degree in fine art, and pursued a career in graphic design and art direction. Due to political persecution in his homeland, he moved with his family to the United States in 1982, making their home in Oklahoma City. Throughout his life he cherished the ability to share his vision and love of his homeland through much of his artwork.

He is survived by his loving wife of forty years, Iva Najdrovsky; his children, Ivana Noble and husband David, of Niles, Michigan; Bo Najdrovsky and wife Valerie, of Plano, Texas; and Gabi Martin and husband Scott, of Stillwater, Oklahoma. He is also survived by his two grandsons, Christopher Noble and David Martin; and many other family and friends.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Vondel Smith North Colonial Chapel.
