Joyce Lee (Winkler) Mullins
July 5, 1945 ~ December 19, 2022

Joyce Lee Mullins the daughter of Columbus and Nora Elizabeth (Moreland) Winkler was born July 5, 1945, in Stilwell, Oklahoma and departed this life on December 19, 2022, in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 77 years, 5 months and 14 days.

Joyce loved her family and enjoyed life. She enjoyed square-dancing and playing canasta. She loved her family and enjoyed going to church. Time spent with family, she cherished dearly. Joyce touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loves her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her son Donnie Mullins and her siblings May Eli, Betty Weaver, Shirley Barker, Inola McElroy and Bobby Winkler.

She is survived by a loving family which includes her husband of over 56 years Herbert Mullins of the home; her children Angel Westburg of Stilwell and Bryan Mullins of Benton, AR; and three grandchildren Shantelle Mullins, Austin Colantuono and Bradley Westburg. Several niecces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive her.
