Thomas F. Morris Sr.
May 9, 1947 ~ March 14, 2015

Thomas was born on May 9, 1947 to the late Jefferson D. Morris and Dorthy Morris.

He passed from this life on March 14, 2015 in the Deaconess Hospital in Oklahoma City at the age of 67 years.

Mr. Morris resided in Johnston county his entire life.

Thomas enlisted in the United States Army in 1966 and served in Vietnam and went back for his second tour in 1972.

He worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator for Keystone Granite for a number of years.

Some Thomas' hobbies were fishing, hunting, cooking out and football, and he was proud to have served his country.

Thomas is survived by his son, Thomas and significant other, Shannon of Tishomingo; two daughters, Teresa and Priscilla Morris Lewis of Athens, Georgia; one sister, Betsy Pacheo of Tishomingo; seven grandchildren, Joshua Thomas Morris and wife Jessica of Norfolk, Virginia; Courtney Morris and Thomas Morris III, both of Tishomingo; and Dillon and Brett Lewis of Athens, Georgia; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
