David Duane Morlan, age 89, of Ponca City, Oklahoma passed away Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at Alliance Health, in Ponca City, Oklahoma. No service will be held at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory, 505 W Grand Ave, Ponca City, OK 74601.

David was born on March 2, 1932 in Galveston, Texas to Earl and Jessie (Jones) Morlan. David grew up in Ponca City, Oklahoma and San Jose, California. He attended schools in Ponca City until 1947, after which time he moved to San Jose, California. He attended San Jose Tech. in California. David married Judith Ann Tolson on April 26, 1968. He worked as a sheet rock taper and in the garden shop at K-Mart.

Survivors include: his wife, Judith Morlan, of Ponca City, OK; daughter, Lisa Marie Azevedo of Durant, OK; and sons, Daniel John Morlan of Camby, IN, and Jeffrey David Morlan of Seattle, WA.

Preceding in death were his parents, Earl and Jessie Morlan; sisters, Eva Clevenger, Lucile Curtis, and Faye Figone; and brothers, Richard and Gary Morlan.
