Mr. Moore passed away on Sunday, August 27, 2017 in Kingston, Oklahoma.

Kevin was born on November 3, 1963 in Lawton, Oklahoma to Wayne and Margie (Miller) Moore. He grew up in Lawton where he attended school, graduating from MacArthur High School.

He served in the United States Army and later started out as an electrician's helper at Don's Electric. He then became a licensed electrician. Kevin was a journeyman, where his job had him traveling all over the United States. In 1994, he became a member of the IBEW Local Union 590 in Lawton and in 1998, IBEW Local Union 1141, in Oklahoma City. He served as job steward and was a member of the E Board. He was very dedicated to his union, serving 22 years. Kevin also loved fishing and hunting.

He was affectionately known to his nieces and nephews as Uncle Buck or Uncle Wheezy. To his friends he was Wheezy or Thunderbolt. His laugh was contagious and he had a bigger than life personality. The neighbors will miss his daily singing as he loved music and loved to sing. He would give a friend or stranger his last dollar. Kevin carried a travel bible to every location and said a morning prayer before starting his day. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Moore, of the home; his daughter Krystal Looney of Lawton, OK; his grandchildren Jayden and Brooke Moore of Lawton, OK and Ryleigh Scarfone of Geronimo, OK; his aunt Irene Miller of Lawton OK; his stepson Gage Foshee of Blair, OK; his stepdaughter Christen Alana Foshee of Altus, OK; three sisters and brother-in-law, Barbara and Spencer Mullins of Duncan, OK, Donna Crook and John Gussie of Lawton, OK and Linda Miller of Duncan, OK; four brothers and sister-in-law, Bill and Alana Miller of Luther, OK, Frank Miller and Janice Durant of Lawton, OK, Jimmy and Valerie Miller of Elgin, OK and Larry Miller of Tucson, AZ; his mother-in-law, Margie James of Mangum, OK; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of loving friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his Uncle Donald Miller.
