Frankie Jo (Bell) Moore

December 10, 1928 ~ June 7, 2003

Memorial services for Frankie Jo Moore, 74, of Merced, California, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 14, at Evergreen Funeral Home Chapel in Merced, with the Rev. Mike Woodman officiating.

Mrs. Moore was born December 10, 1928, at Howe, the daughter of Claude C. and Georgia Erie Webb Bell. She died Saturday, June 7, 2003, at Stanford University Medical Center in Palo Alto, California.

She had been a resident of Merced for 37 years. She and Doc W. Moore were married March 31, 1944, in Ardmore. He preceded her in death February 7, 2000. Mrs. Moore was a retired cosmetologist and restaurant owner.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Walter and Donna Moore of Merced; one daughter, Karen Ferrero of Washington; one grandchild, Sgt. 1st Class Suzie Edwards of Washington; two sisters, Madge Morris of Comanche and Okemah Holt of Marietta.

Burial will be in Merced District Cemetery under the direction of Evergreen Funeral Home, Merced.
