Mark Allen Moody passed away on January 7, 2015 at his home in Norman, Oklahoma at the age of 56 years 4 months 2 days. A Visitation Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Wadley’s Funeral Chapel, under the care of Wadley’s Funeral Service.

Mark was born on September 5, 1958 in Purcell, Oklahoma to Monroe Moody and Doris Finch. He was raised in Purcell, graduating around 1976. Mark married, the love of his life, Susan Alexander in Wanette, Oklahoma on April 9, 1982. Mark worked as a supervisor on nights for Hiland Dairy for 30 years. He was a family man, loved watching his children play sports, never missing a game. He was also an avid OU sports fan, enjoyed listening to music and fishing. Mark also enjoyed spending time at the lake with his family, boating, tubing and anything outdoors. He loved cooking breakfast and taking care of his family any way he could. Mark was close to his children and thought of their friends as his own. Mark was always happy, a free spirited man and enjoyed "good clean livin".

Mark is preceded in death by his father, Monroe Moody; grandparents, Bonnie and John Grimes; Father in Law, Bob Alexander.

Survivors include his wife, Susan Moody of the home; son, Dr. Zachary Moody of Chicago; daughter, Lyric Moody of Norman; grandson, Oliver Moody of Norman; mother, Doris Finch; siblings, Steve, Mike, David, Sharon, Lynn and Lee; aunt, Johnnie Green of Norman; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
