Larry Duane Montgomery
September 30, 1954 ~ June 20, 2014

Larry Duane Montgomery, 59, of Chickasha, died Friday, June 20, 2014 at his home. The son of Charles Richard and Georgia Marie [Richey] Montgomery, he was born September 30, 1954 in Chickasha.

He graduated from Blanchard High School in 1972 and worked for many years as a welder. In his spare time, Larry enjoyed fishing and duck hunting. His greatest enjoyment came from spending time with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Sandra Engel.

Larry is survived by one daughter, Lacey Montgomery of Chickasha; one son, Lance Montgomery of Chickasha; three grandchildren, Jazmyn Montgomery, Jaylee Craddock, and Dyllan Downes; his mother, Georgia Montgomery of Chickasha; two sisters, Charlcie Guthery and her husband, Roger, of Yukon, and Sherry Krohn of Oklahoma City; several nieces and nephews; and many other loved ones and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, June 24, 2014, at the Eisenhour Funeral Home Chapel in Blanchard. Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard.
