Macie Lynn Monk

???? ~ March 3, 2000 | Age 74

LIBERTY - Macie Lynn Monk, 74, died Friday, March 3, 2000.

Memorial services were at 2 p.m. Sunday in Cornerstone Church with the Rev. Mike Glazener officiating. Arrangements were by Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton.

Mrs. Monk was born in Luling and had lived in Liberty 11 years. She was a member of First Methodist Church and the Order of Eastern Star.

She was preceded in death by a son, Jimmy Lynn Monk.

Survivors include a daughter, Charlotte Santana of LaConner, Wash.; three sons, Richard Wesley Monk of Katy, John Michael Monk of Guymon, Okla., and William Robert Monk of Liberty; three sisters, Margaret Cook of Texas, Jewel Huntley of Altus, Okla., and Jonell Burns of Catarina; a brother, Emmett Sutton of Austin; 17 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials in lieu of flowers to the Presbyterian Logos; or the Oakes of Mamre. Memorials will be accepted by Henson-Novak Funeral Directors, P.O. Box 1306, Guymon, OK 73942.
