Darrell Leslie Modisette
November 6, 1944 ~ February 12, 2023 (age 78)

A Memorial Service for Darrell Leslie Modisette, 78, will be held February 25th at 2:00pm at St John's Lutheran Church, 102 SW 7th St, Lawton.

Mr. Modisette passed away on Sunday, February 12th in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Darrell was born in Oklahoma City on November 6, 1944 to William and Verdie Modisette. He married Linda Marie Harrell on November 10, 1962 and they had a daughter, Sherry Lynn in 1964. Upon graduation from Central High School in Oklahoma City, Darrell became a registered radiology technician. After several years in that field he went into medical sales for many years, In 1988 he began training as an alcohol and substance counselor and worked in this capacity until his retirement in 2015. He felt he had truly found his life's calling, working with addicts and he helped many people during those years,

He is survived by his wife Linda of the home, his daughter Sherry and her husband Kevin Coffman, his grandson Matthew Joseph P luff and his wife Chelsea and their daughter Clarity, and his grandson Michael Ryan P luff and his fiance Caitlyn.
