Charles Raymond “Ray” Millican
November 24, 1946 ~ January 17, 2023

Charles Raymond “Ray” Millican was born on November 24, 1946, in McNeil, Arkansas to Thurston Millican and Helen Reeves. He passed away on January 17, 2023, in Bartlesville, Oklahoma at the age of 76. After serving his education, Charles was a Jack of all trades and a master of some. He started working as a truck driver and mechanic. He loved anything involving auto mechanics, small engine repairs, and everything related to his family. He also occasionally became interested in casino games. Charles eventually had his biggest life accomplishment, which was his three extremely lucky boys, Lonnie, Michael, and Kelly. He also adores his 10 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his sons Michael Ray Millican and Kelly Don Millican.

He is survived by his son Lonnie Ray Millican, who was with him until the end.
