Born March 23, 1934 in Centralia, Illinois. Passed away September 30, 2018 in Wichita Falls, Texas at the age of 84 years, 6 months and 7 days.
Jerry married Sun T Oh on September 12, 2000 in Wichita Falls, Texas.
He served his country for 20 years, 8 months and 9 days. He served oversea tours of duty in the Korean War, Vietnam, and Germany.
In his spare time he loved fishing and hunting and his favorite hymn was Amazing Grace.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Sun T. Meador, of the home; special friends Lewis and Kim Dandridge and Charles and Kyong Sue
