Buford Eugene "Buf" Meador
May 9, 1937 ~ December 30, 2012

Buford "Buf" E. Meador was born May 5, 1937 in Garfield, KY to Franklin and Ella Meador and left this world December 27, 2012.

Buf is survived by his wife of 52+ years Deleta J. (McGugin) Meador; daughter Jenni Gilliam, granddaughters Taylor and Nikki Gilliam; son Jimmie and wife Shelly Meador, grandson Davis and granddaughter Rachel Meador; son Jeffery and granddaughter Abby Meador. Brothers Maurice and wife Margaret; Howard and wife Marva; and CB and wife Leli Meador; Sisters-In-Law Darrell Galpin; Joyce and husband Jimmy Wright and 6 nephews and 9 nieces.

Though Buf was blessed with many great friends, we offer special appreciation to John and Deenie Oliver. To Officer, Trey Fisher and Paramedic Robert Brown and all the others who worked so diligently to resuscitate, an extra special thanks.

Family will have a formal visitation to receive friends from 4-6 PM.
