July 9, 1927 ~ September 11, 2020

Celebration of life service for Granny Mac "Ina" McMahan 93, will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 15, 2020, at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Bruce Johnson officiating. Visitation for family and friends is Monday evening 6:00 to 7:30. Arrangements and cremation are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home & Crematory.

Granny Mac was born July 9, 1927, in Abilene, Texas, to Isaac Pressley and Thelma Bell (Windom) Thornton and passed away with her family by her side on Friday, September 11, 2020, in Enid.

Granny Mac married Oscar McMahan on August 2, 1942. She was an avid Thunder fan, and the #1 sports fan and cheerleader for all her kids, grandkids and all of their friends. Granny Mac loved everyone with her entire heart and always had a smile and Hello for all who knew and loved her. No one knew her as Ina, only Granny Mac!

Granny Mac is survived by her daughters, Carol Staton, Thelma (Tim) Chesnut; son, Presley (Karla) McMahan; 2 sons-in-law, Tom Averett and Ron Wagner; 14 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Oscar, 3 sisters, 1 brother, 2 daughters Paulyne and Glenda, 1 son-in-law, and 1 great-great grandson.
