June 26, 1942 ~ December 17, 2021

Bartlesville - Jan McLeod of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, passed through the Gates of Heaven December 17, 2021, at the Emerald Care Nursing Home in Midwest City, Oklahoma, from complications of COVID.

He was born June 26, 1942, in Bartlesville to Marcell (Sally) and LaVerne McLeod.

He graduated from College High School in Bartlesville and also Northeastern A&M College in Miami, Oklahoma, where he was a temporary substitute teacher and a student teacher.

He was employed by Phillips 66 Company in Bartlesville.

Jan was very proficient in American history and loved talking about it. He had many friends and enjoyed being with them.

He is survived by his two daughters, Janna and Robyn and four grandchildren. His request was to be cremated with no funeral service.
