Jody Marie McGlaslin

Jody Marie McGlaslin
August 29, 1955 ~ November 4. 2021

 Jodie Marie McGlaslin, 66, was born on August 29, 1955 to Luther Lee McGlaslin and Juanita Mae McGlaslin. She is a member of the Otoe-Missouria tribe. She graduated from SNU with a nursing degree. After her many years as a RN and RN administrator she then went to work for the tribe running her own program teaching children of the tribe how to be successful in the workforce where she later retired from.

Jodie spent most of her life in the church and was the church pianist. No matter where Jodie lived she always knew how to make a house a home and her door was always open for anyone who needed a place to stay or a meal to eat.

Some of her hobbies included doing crafts and bead work and teaching her grandchildren about native history. Jodie will be greatly loved and missed by her family and all that new her.

She is preceded in death by her Father Luther Lee McGlaslin Sr, Mother Juanita Mae McGlaslin, Brothers Luther Lee McGlaslin Jr(wife Linda Smart) Taylor McGlaslin

Jodie is survived by sons Ronald lee Frank of Enid, Oklahoma, Anthony Walter Frank of Ponca city, Oklahoma, Jason Wayne Frank of Enid Oklahoma, Sisters Anna Lee Walters and husband Harry Walters of Ship Rock, New Mexico, Leda Vee Snell and husband Van Spottedwolf of Enid, Oklahoma, Anita Faye McGlaslin of Sante Fe, New Mexico, Linda smart of Enid, Oklahoma Grandchildren Anthony Frank Jr, Hunter Frank, Silas Frank, Bree Frank, Olivia, Luther and Jason Babcock. Nieces and nephew’s Maria, Rebekah, and Taylor McGlaslin.
