Ola Mae McDaniel

August 4, 1924 ~ November 15, 2003

Services will be held Monday, November 17th at 10:00 a.m. at Victory Chapel, 800 Airport Drive, for Ola Mae McDaniel, 79, of Bakersfield, who passed away November 15, 2003, in Bakersfield. Reverend Kenneth Noel will officiate and interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park, 3700 River Blvd.

Ola Mae was born August 4, 1924, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and moved to Bakersfield in 1943. She attended church at Victory Chapel for 15 years, and prior to that she attended the New Life Center, the Assembly of God Church in Lamont and Riverview Assembly of God in Oildale.

Survivors include her husband - Walter lee McDaniel; son and daughter-in-law - Frank and Lorene McDaniel; daughters and sons-in-law - Martha and Truitt Carroll, Faye and Raymond Moore, Rheba and Dellon Carrol and Carol and Jim Bench; sister - Beatrice Kelly, all of Bakersfield; 13 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.

Ola Mae spent the last year of her life as Beverly Manor and the family would like to thank the staff there for the loving care that she received.

"Mom, we will miss you, buy you will be in our hearts always."

Visitation will be today (Sunday) from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Greenlawn Mortuary, 3700 River Blvd.
