Funeral services for Teresa Ann McClendon, 40, of Ninnekah, Okla., will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Saturday, June 19, 2004, in the Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel.

Teresa Ann McClendon was born Oct. 7, 1963, in Antioch, Calif., and died on Wednesday, June 16, 2004, at her home in Ninnekah.

Interment will be in the Our Family Cemetery, Cox City, Okla., under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
