Marilyn (Burchett) McClead

July 9, 1940 ~ June 17, 2014

ENID, OK ~ A private memorial service for Marilyn McClead, 73, of Enid, Okla., will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home and Crematory.

Marilyn was born July 9, 1940, to Paul and Della (Cook) Burchett in Tulsa, Okla., and passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2014, in Enid.

Marilyn grew up in Pawhuska, Okla., and graduated from Pawhuska High School.

On June 20, 1965, she married Monte McClead in Shidler, Okla., where they made their home.

They lived several places in the United States, due to Monte's assignments with Conoco. In 1980, they moved to Enid.

Marilyn is survived by her husband, Monte of the home, and one son, Jon McClead of Enid.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
