July 30, 1931 ~ September 23, 2020

Billy Roy McCannon 89, passed away September 23, 2020. He was born July 30, 1931, in Tatum, Texas , to Richard and Lillie McCannon. He married Estella June Bergen on April 6, 1952, and she passed away on May 17, 1995. Billy later married Connie Romines on November 11, 1995.

Billy’s whole life was devoted to God and serving people. He dedicated 68 years to ministry. Billy also served in his country in the United States Army.

He is survived by his wife Connie, three daughters; Cheryl and husband Bob Cheatwood of Yukon, OK, Judy and husband Charles Walkup of Valliant, OK, Regina and husband Charlie Avers of Del City, OK, seven grandchildren; Charity O’Donnell, Heather Hamilton, Hope Tims, Aaron Cheatwood, Travis Avers, Janell Walkup, and Christina Avers, nine great-grandchildren; Haylee James, Savanna Gilstrap, Bethany Walkup, Kenzie Hamilton, Sadie Hamilton, Ryder Hamilton, Zachary O’Donnell, Blake O’Donnell, Molly Cheatwood, two great-great-grandchildren; Kolter Wayne Parnell, and Malia Jade Hampton, nine step-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, first wife Estella, one daughter, Delfa Louise McCannon, five brothers; Elmer, Monty, Willis, Cecil, Russell, and one sister Viltre McCannon.
