A Celebration of Life for Casey Lynn Maynard, 28, of Enid, will be Tuesday, May 24, 2016, 2:00 PM at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Edmison officiating. Cremation will follow under the direction of the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. He was born December 31, 1987 and passed away May 19, 2016.

Survivors include his mother, Virginia Maynard of Enid, his father, David Maynard of Wichita, KS, two sisters, Christine Maynard of Enid and Shelly Maynard of Philadelphia, PA, two brothers, Lee Maynard of Enid and Scott Switzer of Cleveland, OK, paternal grandmother, Dee Maynard of Wichita, KS, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home for funeral expenses or the Enid SPCA with Ladusau-Evans custodian of the funds. Condolences may be left and viewing of the service at
