Phyllis Marlene Mayfield
October 18, 1950 ~ January 22, 2018

Phyllis Marlene Mayfield was born October 18, 1950 to Arthur Lee Mayfield and Alta Mayfield in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. She was raised and received her education in Bartlesville. She graduated from Sooner High School in 1968. She was employed and retired from IBM. She was a devoted daughter, sister and aunt. She loved spending time with her family and friends. 

She passed away from this life January 22, 2018. 

Phyllis is survived by her mother Alta Mayfield; her sister Janice Beard and husband Mack; Jeana Lunsford and her husband, Les of Ochelata, Trina Mattix of Bartlesville, Caleb Mayfield of Hawaii, Kasia Mayfield of Hawaii; great nieces and nephews, Colton and Lyndsey Brown, Aleasha Miles and Matt Whitaker, Cody Brown, Landon and Alicia Lunsford, Layne Lunsford and of course her favorites Azlynn, Payton, Keirlynn, Bryden Joe and Elizabella. 

She was preceded in death by her father Arthur Lee in 1972; brother Arthur Dewayne Mayfield and a nephew, Cody Mayfield. 

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 10:00 am at Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel.
