It is with a heavy heart we share the loss of our beloved Bailey. A cherished daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, cousin and friend, Bailey Marie Mayfield, left this world unexpectedly, on January 23, 2020. Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on May 20, 1996 to Lori Mayfield, Bailey grew up in Barnsdall, OK, where she attended Barnsdall Public Schools graduating with the class of 2015.
Bailey loved her time on the computer, interacting with her friends and playing games. She was funny, outgoing and vivacious, but she was also introverted and introspective. She was fiercely loyal to her family and friends. We will always remember her infectious smile, piercing brown eyes and caring personality. Her presence in our lives will be sorely missed. When you think of Bailey, celebrate the good memories you have of her. Remember that life is fragile and short and should be lived to the fullest.
Bailey is survived by her loving mom, Lori Mayfield and fiancé Ryan Howle ; one sister Georgia of the home; Grandmother, Karen Mayfield of Barnsdall; three aunts Cheryl and husband Richard Herard of Bartlesville; Sheri Gary of Avant; and Pam and husband Boop Williams of Skiatook. Two great aunts, Kim McCauley of Barnsdall, and Rhonda McCauley of Bartlesville; two great uncles, Jim and wife Debbie McCauley of Barnsdall, and Jack Wilcox of Bartlesville; and a whole host of cousins, extended family members, and friends.
Preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Olen Edward Mayfield; Great grandparents, Willie and Mildred Mayfield, and George and Eva McCauley; Great aunt, Freeda Wilcox; Great uncles Frank McCauley, David McCauley, and Johnny McCauley.
Pall Bearers: Jimmy McCauley, Jason McCauley, Dax McCauley, Tyler Mayfield, Ryan McCauley and Will Mayfield.
Funeral Services are scheduled for Monday, January 27, 2020 at 3:00 P.M. at the Barnsdall Cornerstone Community Church, with Pastor Jimmy Hatfield officiating. In lieu of flowers Bailey’s family has requested donations be made at Hatfield’s Grill in Barnsdall to help with the cost of the funeral.
