Edgle Matney

January 1, 1926 ~ May 21, 2018

Mr. Edgle Matney, 92, of Copan, died at 7:00 P.M. on Monday, May 21, 2018 at the Journey Home in Bartlesville.

Friends who wish may sign the guest register at the Stumpff Funeral Home as private family services will be held. Cremation arrangements were directed by the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established send those who wish may send their contributions to the Journey Home, 900 N.E. Washington Blvd., Bartlesville, Oklahoma, 74006.

Mr. Matney was born on January 1, 1926 at Paducah, Texas and was an automotive machinist by trade until his retirement.

Mr. Matney is survived by his wife, Mattie Florence (Swain) Matney of Copan, one daughter, Dorothy Tarr of Bartlesville, three sons, Edward Wayne Matney of Bartlesville, James Curtis Matney of Lake Charles, Louisiana and Jerry Lynn Matney of Dewey, 9 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
