George Emery Matlock

George Emery Matlock
January 21, 1959 ~ July 1, 2023

George Emery Matlock was born January 21, 1959, to Floyd William and Eddie Mae Matlock in Bristow, Oklahoma. He departed this life July 1, 2023, at the age of 64.

George spent many years working in the oilfield. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and going to the casino. He also loved his dogs and spending time with his family. He was very outgoing and enjoyed visiting with friends, he never met a stranger.

He is survived by six siblings, Joyce Cancel, Eddy Matlock, Ronnie Matlock, Albert Matlock, Rhonda Matlock, and Julie Matlock. He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers, Bobbie, Donnie, and Jimmy Matlock, and one sister, Marion Kay.
