Arminda (Wann) Massey

September 29, 1914 ~ June 3, 2000

Caldwell, Kansas – the funeral for Arminda Massey, 85, will be 2 PM Monday at Central Christian Church. The Rev. Don Price will officiate. Burial will be in Caldwell City Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 1 to 8 PM today.

She was born September 29, 1914, in Magazine, Arkansas, to Elijah Wann and Emma Green and died Saturday, June 3, 2000, at Caldwell.

On August 8, 1936, she married Veldon Massey at Elk City. She was a homemaker.

Surviving are her husband, Veldon of Caldwell; one son, Don of Blue Grass, Iowa; one daughter, Carole Melton of Caldwell; one brother, Clyde Wann of Elk City; one sister, Winnie Smith of Lawton; two grandchildren; three great – grandchildren; and to step great – grandchildren.
