Monica Ann (Kamloska) Maskil

Monica Ann (Kamloska) Maskil was born Feb 1, 1943 in Kansas City, KS. She was preceded in death by her parents, Anna (Gabriel) and John Kamloska and her husband of 38 years, Raymond Maskil.

Monica spent most of her life in Kansas City area. She was a graduate of Ward High School in 1960. Monica worked at Interstate Bakery before raising a family. Later, she went back to school and became a substitute teacher for catholic schools. She was known as “Mrs. M&M” to her students. While living in the Kansas City area, she was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. After the death of her husband, she moved to OKC to be closer to some of her family. She enjoyed playing bingo and being a member of the Red Hat Society. She loved spending time with her beloved grandchildren.

She leaves behind a sister, Martha Kamloska of KC, KS; two daughters, Kristie (Michael) of Petaluma, CA and Dawn (Travis) of Yukon, OK; four grandchildren and many cousins and friends.

Visitation will be 9am-9pm on Wednesday at Mercer-Adams Funeral Service with the family present from 4-7pm. Funeral Services will 10am, Thursday, Feb 12 at Epiphany of Our Lord Catholic Church with interment in Leavenworth National Cemetery, Leavenworth, KS.
