Petra "Pat" (Watrin) Martinez
September 25, 1946 ~ March 18, 2020

Petra "Pat" W Martinez was a wife, mother, grandmother, and a nurturer through and through who passed away Wednesday March 18, 2020. She was born September 25, 1946 in Alice, Texas to her parents Juan and Isabel Watrin. She lived 73 years on this Earth, being loved and admired by the connections she’s made in her community. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, and dedicated her time contributing to church and her family.

She is preceded in death by her husband, John Martinez; her parents Juan and Isabel Watrin, her brother Angel Watrin, and sisters Audelia Silva and Mercy Lopez.

Her memory will remain alive through her sons, Joel and wife Josie Martinez, John Robert and wife Karen Martinez, and her daughters Jennifer and Jessica Martinez. Her grandchildren: Harley, Adrianna, Azriel, Adrian and wife Lupe Martinez; Alicia and husband TJ Green, Jewelianna Lujan, Jason Kraicek; Alijah, Amalia, and Ezekial Gomez; Amirah and Annalyss Carreon, Evelynn, David, Grace, and Elijah Nunez; and great grandchildren Adrian and Aryana Martinez, Adelina, Zaryk, and Hudson Green.

Here’s to the most incredible woman that we’ve had the blessing of knowing.
