Juanita (Sanchez) Martinez

Juanita (Sanchez) Martinez
October 31, 1958 ~ December 14, 2020

Juanita Martinez age 63, passed away on December 14, 2020. She was born on October 31, 1958, to Alberto Sanchez and Georgia (Scott) Sanchez in Ogdon, Utah. She attended Ogden Public Schools and worked as a home health caregiver.

She married Eulogio Sandoval Martinez on December 22, 1979, in Eagle Pass, Texas in November 2019 she moved to Bryan county from Midland, Texas. Juanita was a member of The Church Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She was also a great cook and the best mother ever around. Juanita enjoyed fishing, reading, playing video games with her kids, and occasional gambling adventure with her sister. She also loved horror and thriller movies, murder shows, and ghost stories, but most of all she loved her family, kids, and grandchildren. She helped anyone and everyone she could.

She is preceded in death by her mother Georgia, her father Alberto, and her husband Eulogio.

Juanita is survived by her son Jose Martinez of Mead, Ok daughter Penny Mayer and husband James of Mead, Ok her brothers Frank Sanchez and Michael Sanchez of Midland, TX sisters Lisa Sanchez of Devine, TX and Brandy Sanchez and husband Terrence of Jourdanton, TX. Her 15 grandchildren: Martin, Joe, Eley, Amy, Erica, Kaleigh, Kayci, Kaleb, Katelyn, James Jr, Randy, Ayla, Olivia, Miah, and Joseph, and seven great-grandchildren.

Family and friends will gather for a visitation Saturday, December 19, 2020, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
