Carter Dean Mariano was born July 19, 2015 in Elk City, Oklahoma to Elizabeth and Russell Mariano. He passed away July 19, 2015 at Elk City, Oklahoma at birth.

Carter was much anticipated by his family and their love for him will be forever in their hearts. He is their guardian angel who will be constantly by their side as they hold his lasting memory.

He is survived by his parents, Russell and Elizabeth, of the home; sister, Addison Rae Tinsley-Mariano, of the home; maternal grandparents, Debra and Jeffrey Jacobsen, Tacoma, WA; paternal grandparents, Michael and Angela Mariano, Bristow, OK; aunts and uncles, Nick Jacobsen, Conway, AR, Jennifer Dolan, Tacoma, WA, Chris Mariano, Dallas, TX and Gina and TJ Pope, Pea Ridge, AR; 2 great grandmothers, Peggy Mariano, Bethel Acres and Thresia Cornell, Pauls Valley; 2 great grandfathers, Jim Jacobsen, Tacoma, WA and Darrell Wilson, Sequim, WA and host of other relatives and friends.
