David Lynn Maiden

October 15, 1936 ~ February 15, 2018

David Lynn Maiden, 81, died Thursday, February 15, 2018. 

David was born October 15, 1936 to parents Clarence and Edythe (Selby) Maiden in Nowata, Oklahoma. 

After high school, David joined the Army and proudly served his country. 

David was a member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church of Bartlesville. 

David enjoyed woodworking, making knives, and ink pens, all of which he sold at gun shows. 

He is survived by daughters Shelley Ducker and husband Steve of Bentonville, Arkansas and Kathy Chinn and husband Bruce of Jefferson City, Missouri; grandchildren Jennifer Cornelison, Melissa Hall, Michael Simmons, Austin Chinn, Kara Chinn, Tyler Chinn and Anne Duncan; great grandchildren Taeyler Cornelison, Maecey Cornelison, Nichole Lovejoy, Heather Hall, Nevaeh Hall, Jayden Hall, Steven Hall Jr., Leyton Duncan and Riley Duncan and one sister Pauline Compston of Bartlesville. 

David is preceded in death by one son Clarence Maiden and granddaughter Heather Simmons. 

A graveside service will be held at Fayettville National Cemetery at a later date. 

Memorial contributions are requested to The Journey Home 900 N.E. Washington Bartlesville, Oklahoma 74006.
