James Edward Magee

August 5, 1958 ~ March 30, 2020

James Edward Magee, 61, of Bartlesville, died on Monday March 30, 2020 at his home.

Cremation arrangements were under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory and family services will be held at a later date.

James Edward Magee was born in Bartlesville, Oklahoma on August 5, 1958 to Betty and William Magee Sr. He graduated from Caney Valley in 1977. He was a cab driver for most of his life in Bartlesville and later drove a cab in Tulsa. He was pretty much a loner. He didn’t mind being alone. He loved streaming old wrestling or watching A, B, C, or D grade movies. He loved his nieces and nephews and was a big part of their lives and will be missed

He is survived by his step father, John Cole, his elder brother, William Magee Jr. and wife Jeanie of Springdale, Arkansas, sister, Rhonna Buckle and husband Robert of Newkirk, Okla., several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Cole, sister, Cindy Mardis and nephew, Steve Johnson.
