Nancy Kay (Henry) Mack

Nancy Kay (Henry) Mack
Dec 31, 1937 ~ Dec 28, 2013

Nancy Kay Mack, 75, of Lucien, Oklahoma, passed from this life on December 28, 2013 at Perry Memorial Hospital. Services have been entrusted to Palmer Marler Funeral Home of Perry. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at 10:30 am at Lucien United Methodist Church in Lucien, OK with Pastor Ruth Atterberry officiating.

Nancy was born to Gene and Dorothy (Bowers) Henry on December 31, 1937 in Covington, Oklahoma. She grew up in Covington and attended the Covington High School. She married the love of her life, Lawrence Mack on June 21, 1954. They celebrate 59 years of marriage before her passing.

Nancy was known as a fun loving mother who was dedicated to her husband and family, ensuring their needs were satisfied. After retiring from Ditch Witch, she found more time to spend with family and grandchildren. If not enjoying a good book, she might be found fishing at a quiet farm pond, watching birds or just enjoying nature. Although she has left us, she will truly live on in our hearts forever.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Lawrence of the home; two children, Terri Bornt and husband, Bob of Perry, Sherri Payne of Tulsa; one daughter-in-law, Cheryl Mack of Perry; two sisters, Jean Jones and husband, Bill of Enid, the late Susie Dupy and husband, Gary of Tologa, OK; four grandchildren, Brian Wheatley and wife, Ashleigh of Perry, Shalee Williams of Tulsa, Chance Payne of Tulsa, and Bobby Williams of Perry; seven great grandchildren, Colton, Tucker, and Kase Wheatley, Jonathan, Neveah, Taylor, and Breanna Frenchman.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Dorothy (Bowers) Henry; two sons, Lonnie and Gary Mack.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made in Nancy’s name to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718

Condolences may be sent to the family via an online guestbook at www.perrycares.com.
