Jeana (Parker) Lynn

December 1, 1940 ~ March 28, 2008

Memorial Services for Jeana Parker Lynn, 67, formerly of Chickasha, were at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, April 2, 2008 in the Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel in Chickasha.

Jeana Lynn was born on December 1, 1940 in Hobert, Oklahoma, the daughter of Weldon and Fannie Parker. She passed away Friday, March 28, 2008, in Texas.

Jeana was raised in Bethany, Oklahoma. She graduated from Putnam City High School in 1958.

She led a very full and active life. One of her favorite passions was quilting, which she shared with family and friends. Her true love was her family, especially her grandchildren.

Jeana was preceded in death by her father, Weldon Parker; adoptive father, Neal Mitchell; brother, Carl Mitchell; sister, Barbara Matheson; and a nephew, Tony Matheson.

Survivors include daughter, Kerrie Kelley, of Plano, TX; daughter and son-in-law: Kris and Paul Miller, of Flower Mound, TX; son and daughter-in-law: Korey and Marianne Lynn, of Dallas, TX; grandchildren: Shaun, McKaley, Griffin and a future granddaughter; mother, Fannie Mitchell, of Waldron, AR; sister, Nita and Kenneth Bynum, of Waldron, AR; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made in Jeana's memory to the Livestrong Foundation at www.livestrong.org.

Services were under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
