Charlotte Olene (Scoggins) Lowry
July 31, 2019 ~ December 7, 2019

Charlotte Olene (Scoggins) Lowry was born July 31, 1940, in Konawa, Oklahoma to Wesley C. Scoggins and Addie Lee Williams. She departed this life December 7, 2019.

She had a number of hobbies over the years but the one she enjoyed the most was quilting and embroidering. She made many beautiful quilts for friends and family as well as decorating articles of clothing.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one son. She is survived by one sister, Patsy Gail Moles of Del City; her husband of 59 plus years, Fred; one son, Fred Jr.; four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday December 21, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Ridgecrest Church of Christ 500 North Air Depot Mid West City. Services are under the direction of DeArman Funeral Home of Wynnewood, OK.
