Patricia Ann Lowe, 78, of Madill, Oklahoma passed away on March 23, 2022, at her home in Oakland. She was born on October 18, 1943, in Madill, Oklahoma to the late W. E. (Son) Howell and Ema Ruth Gilreath Howell. Patsy was raised in Madill where she graduated from the Madill High School. She married Don Lowe and he preceded her in death in 2001. Patsy worked for the Madill Record and for Howell’s Jewelry. She was affiliated with the Baptist faith, and she enjoyed traveling with Don, gardening, swimming and family gatherings

She is survived by son: Ray Castleberry and wife Jane, Madill, Oklahoma; Grandchildren: Quinton Castleberry, Modesto, California; Colton Castleberry and wife Aybike, Atlanta, Georgia; Brother: Don Howell, Madill, Oklahoma; Sisters: Linda Chastian, Oakland, Oklahoma; Marilyn McAdoo and husband Randy, Ardmore, Oklahoma; Numerous nieces and nephews.

Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 1 sister: Janis Thomas.

A private family service is pending. Services will be under the direction of Watts Funeral Home, Madill, Oklahoma. Condolences may be sent to wattsfuneralhome.com.
