Virginia Ann "Ginger" (Ryan) Lopez

September 29, 1975 ~ November 26, 2022

Virginia Ann "Ginger" Lopez, 47-year-old Thackerville resident, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 26, 2022, at Mercy Hospital, Ardmore. Visitation will be held from 2 until 4 p.m. Monday, December 5 in the Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home Chapel, Marietta.

Ginger was born September 29, 1975, in Coos Bay, Oregon to Mike and Marianne Ryan. She grew up and attended school in Coos Bay. Ginger and her love Marcus Ryan Lopez relocated to Abilene, Texas. Approximately 16 years ago, they moved to Thackerville and were later married on October 21, 2013, in Marietta.

Ginger had a fondness for painting fingernails and creating beautiful jewelry. She was happiest in the kitchen where she enjoyed baking goodies for her family and friends. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. Many things brought her joy and happiness in life, but perhaps one of the things she enjoyed most was spending time with her family and friends.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Marcus Lopez of the home; her boys, Michael Molinari and Nathan Ryan, both of Blackfoot Hills, Idaho, and Darian Ryan of Thackerville; mother, Marianne Ryan of Thackerville; father, Mike Ryan of Mississippi; and brothers, James Ryan of Little Rock, Arkansas and Joey Ryan of Mississippi.
