Theron Everett Logan

July 17, 1944 ~ March 01, 2018

Theron Everett Logan age 73 of Warr Acres, passed away Thursday, March 01, 2018 at Deaconess Hospital in OKC after a brief illness. Theron was born on July 17, 1944, in Quincy, Illinois. He was the younger of two children born to Theron Lavon Logan and Roberta Evalyn (Orebaugh) Logan. Theron spent his growing up years living in Ada. His family later moved to Oklahoma City where he attended Northwest Classen High School.

 Theron married Nonie Mitchell and together they had a son, Theron Lee Logan.  Later on, Theron remarried on December 29, 1972, in Gainesville, Texas, marring Mary Frances Johnson. Together they raised four children, James, Bobby, Ian and Cristina.   For many years Theron and Mary together owned and operated "Ambush Pest Control" in Oklahoma City. Even after her death in 2011, Theron continued running the business.

Theron enjoyed being outdoors and working with his hands. His hobby was building things out of wood for his children and grandchildren. He was an avid OU sports fan, he liked watching western movies and listening to country and western music. He was a Christian man and liked reading his bible. After Mary passed away, Theron enjoyed eating out once a week with his cousins and going places with his special friend Candy.   Theron will be remembered as a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. He was a special brother and a dear friend to all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by:
Parents,                Theron Lavon and Roberta Logan;
Wife,                    Mary Francis Logan on Nov. 20, 2011;
Daughter,             Cristina Beach;
Grandson,            Connor Beach,
Great grandson,   Jaedon Perry Hutchinson;
He is survived by:
Four children,      Lee Logan and wife Donna of Sabastopol, CA,
                             James Beach of Washington,
                             Bobby Beach and wife Brandy of Moore,
                             Ian Logan of OKC;
14 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren;
One sister,                     Loretta Gibbs of Allen, Texas,
One brother-in-law,      Kenneth Johnson of MWC,
One aunt,                       Eiva McGinnis of OKC;
He special friend,         Candy Walsh and her family of OKC,
Several cousins, nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.
