Richard Carmel Lockhart
August 21, 1935 ~ March 17, 2013

Richard Carmel Lockhart, 77, of Del City, passed away March 17, 2013. He was born August 21, 1935 in Portsmith, Ohio to Robert Troy Lockhart and America (Bentley) Faulk.

Richard served his country in the Army and Air Force from May 5, 1951 to January 23, 1963.

On July 1, 1991, he retired from General Motors after 31 years.

Richard is survived by daughters Tammy L. Hart, of Anderson, Indiana, and Madonna Lockhart of Washington; son, Richard C. Lockhart of Del City, OK; siblings, John Lockhart, Chuck Faulk and wife Anita, Janice Foland and husband Ronald, Blanch Smith and husband Larry, Ronnie Faulk, Gary Lockhart, Robert Danil Lockhart, Carl Lockhart and wife Sherry, Mary Ann Hightower and husband Garry; Nephews Darren Lockhart and wife Darla of Anderson, and Kelly Lockhart and wife Tracy of Munice; several nieces and nephews; 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; and ex-wife Betty Sturgeon.
